The short version

I started as a hands-on software engineer, and I have never really stopped. Over the years my work moved from writing code, to mentoring the people writing it, to shaping the architecture it lives in, to leading the teams that build it.

Today I lead engineering teams at USA based healthcare IT company while staying close to the code. Working in healthcare technology has reinforced what I care about most: reliable systems, and turning complex problems into simple, useful solutions for the people who depend on them.

Alongside that, I am exploring, experimenting, and building with AI, with a particular interest in how decades of software engineering principles need to evolve for an AI-native world.

  • Design and review scalable, secure systems across APIs, distributed systems, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • Raise engineering standards through modular design, automated testing, code reviews, and sustainable delivery practices.
  • Lead technology decisions, including build-vs-buy choices, modernization, and simplifying or retiring legacy systems.
  • Bring AI-assisted engineering into coding, prototyping, and automation without compromising code quality.
